Dart River Jet Boating

A scenic flight to Glenorchy at the head of Lake Wakatipu flying over the famous Cadrona ski field. Amidst the towering ice capped mountains and the ancient beech forests you will embark upon a spectacular jetboat ride. Powering across Lake Wakatipu, up the rushing river shallows of the Dart River Valley delta, deep into the wilderness and up to the outer boarders of Mount Aspiring National Park in the heart of Westland World Heritage Park. The abundance of flora and fauna surpasses any expectations.

Weaving through a labyrinth of fast flowing river channels centimetres deep, darting up the rushing waters of shingle river terraces and gliding into tranquil deep rock faced chasms. This is an adventure for all the family! We return to Wanaka via the Treble Cone Ski Field.
